§ 1. Conclusion of a contract
By clicking the Button “order” deliver you mail an obligatory order of the goods contained in the goods basket. The confirmation of the entrance of the order takes place after the entrance of your order. The sales contract comes off not already with our order confirmation, but only with the dispatching of a distribution confirmation or with the supply of the commodity.
§ 2. Prices, quantities, payment means and terms of payment
To the supply apply the prices in euro, which is not legal value added tax from at present 16% in the prices contained.
Our prices understand themselves plus forwarding expenses, as far as another agreement was not made in writing.
They can transact your order only by Vorkasse or by cash on delivery.
§ 3. Supply, dispatch, passage of the risk
After possibility you receive your order in only one transmission. If your order should contain however of articles, which must be packed separately or carried differently, part shipments are inevitable.
The dispatch takes place via the parcel service of the German post office AG, UPS, DPD, TNT, bulk or forwarding business. We can determine the mode of shipment, the transit period and company the assigned the dispatch according to our discretion.
The risk goes on the buyer over as soon as the transmission with the delivery articles from the carrier and/or parcel service to the buyer is handed over.
§ 4. Guarantee
Our guarantee period amounts to 24 months after supply. This guarantee is limited to the supplied commodity, not to damages, as well as to damage or disturbances, which is to due to inappropriate treatment or natural wear.
§ 5. Final clauses
The present Treaty is subject exclusively to the material right of the Federal Republic of Germany
